
Q: My car was impounded, and it is in your tow yard, how do I get it out?
A: You must obtain a release from the Police agency that impounded your car, then you will have to bring an ID, and pay the charges in full.
Q: I want to have my car towed, do I need to schedule an appointment?
A: An appointment is not necessary, but if you would like to schedule one, we can do that too.
Q: I want to pick up my car, but I can't make it until after 5pm. Is it the same price to get my car out?
A: We're sorry, but there will be a gate fee for any after hours release.
Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: We accept, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMX and Cash. Sorry, no checks.
Q: You have my car, but it's not worth me picking up, can I just leave it?
A: If you don't want to pick up your car, you will have to still pay an amnesty fee in order to keep the full amount from getting turned in to a collection agency, which will have a very negative impact on your credit. If you are unclear about what you should do regarding your vehicle, please call.
Q: I'm a State Farm customer with roadside coverage. Do I need to pay for services, or can you bill my agent directly?
A: As long as you have your current card and it has an "H" in the coverage area, we will be able to just bill your agent. However, If you want to get your car towed a distance of more than 5 miles, you will have to pay the difference.
Q:What can you tow?
A: We can tow Cars, Motorcycles, Trucks, Motor-Homes, Delivery Trucks, Buses, Bobtails, and even some Tractor Trailer combinations.
Q: My truck has a trailer attached to it. Can you tow me without removing the trailer, or does it need to be disconnected?
A: In most cases you can leave the trailer attached. Our trucks are capable, and our drivers are licensed to tow any combination.
